ABOUT AMAZING CHOCOLATE:
IS YOUR CHOCOLATE DAIRY FREE?
The salami and walnuts are made from milk chocolate and the white chocolate items (cheeses, ravioli, lightbulbs) contain milk. All of our other items do not have any milk in the recipe at all, however due to the use of milk in the manufacturing facility, they may contain traces of milk.
IS YOUR CHOCOLATE GLUTEN FREE?
Our chocolate itself is gluten free, however may contain traces of gluten due to being processed in a facility where gluten is handled. We are working on obtaining a gluten free certification at the moment, so watch this space.
DOES YOUR CHOCOLATE CONTAIN NUTS?
We do not use nuts in any of the chocolate, however all of the products may contain traces of nuts.
I AM VEGETARIAN, CAN I EAT YOUR CHOCOLATE?
All of our chocolates, except ones with red or pink colour, are suitable for vegetarians. The red food colour contains cochineal which is not vegetarian. None of the products contain gelatine or egg.
I AM VEGAN, CAN I EAT YOUR CHOCOLATE?
The majority of our range is suitable for vegans. The chocolates you want to avoid are the ones with red or pink colouring, all white chocolate items and the salami and the walnuts (milk chocolate).

WHAT DOES YOUR CHOCOLATE TASTE LIKE?
Our chocolate tastes very smooth, creamy and silky. It is dark chocolate but it is not bitter. We select particular cocoa beans to ensure the silky texture and creamy taste without needing to add milk.
IS IT HIGH QUALITY CHOCOLATE?
With a high cocoa content of 64% it is extremely good quality. Many people wonder if it is novelty ‘advent calendar’ style chocolate due to the weird appearance. It is actually a classic, high-end Italian chocolate which is naturally smooth and creamy.
IS YOUR CHOCOLATE HAND-MADE?
Yes, all of the items are hand made. There is no whizzy machinery involved. Every item is finished by hand also to give it the colour (which is brushed on, not sprayed) or rusty appearance.
HOW SHOULD I STORE THE CHOCOLATE?
Simply store it in a cool, dark and dry place. There is no need to put it in the fridge.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
It lasts at least six months.
MY CHOCOLATE HAS BROKEN, CAN I FIX IT?
You can try and fix the broken chocolate quite easily by very quickly waving a flame (lighter) over each snapped surface and gently pressing them together. Let it set for around an hour and if you can see the joint dust it with a bit of cocoa and lightly rub it in.
